• All repairs are guaranteed for 1 (one) full year from date of completion. Most manufacturers have a 10 year limited warrantee on major components and 1 (one) year on all other parts from the factory. I will make sure that if a part fails that is under warrantee you will get it covered by the warrantee.
  
  
• We are not tied to a particular manufacturer so we are free to install the heating or cooling system that best fits your needs and budget.
